General Shale in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and dealers while promoting masonry solutions for commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of professional sales experience in building materials or masonry, a Bachelor's degree, and strong presentation and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and dealers
• Promote brick, stone, block, and masonry product solutions for commercial and residential projects
• Provide product recommendations, specifications, and technical support to customers
• Deliver responsive, high-level customer service throughout the sales process
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of masonry products and applications
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project timelines and customer needs
