MG2 Design in Seattle, WA seeks an Architecture Job Captain to lead client programs and coordinate design deliverables across phases of projects.

You will apply your technical knowledge to production of contract documents, manage coordination with teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring design intent and budget adherence. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to impact national programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of professional architecture/design firm experience.
• Knowledge of project design, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with design/visualization tools including SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Assist production of contract deliverables including surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specs.
• Provide admin support for project teams: agendas, minutes, trackers, permits, RFIs, submittals, reports.
• Assist with code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination.
