Studio One Eleven is seeking a Job Captain to coordinate and produce contract documents for architectural projects in a collaborative, design-driven firm. The role emphasizes technical implementation and coordination with a Project Manager and senior staff across disciplines.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, at least 3 years in construction documentation, and proficiency with CAD/REVIT and codes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 3+ years of experience focused on construction documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD/REVIT and other business software for Contract Documents.
• Knowledge of codes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and produce Contract Documents with support and direction from the Project Manager and senior staff.
• Assist in workload review and staff assignments.
• Review agency requirements and prepare documents for permit clearance.
• Respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals as directed by Project Manager.
