OneFourTwo Design Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled Job Captain/Project Architect to lead commercial projects from concept through construction. The candidate will coordinate with clients and project teams, ensure code compliance, and deliver clear design documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience producing construction drawings in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and light industrial architecture projects from beginning to completion, interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans.
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to convey design ideas.
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.

Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Job Captain/Project Architect to join us in our team in Atlanta, GA and collaborate on large-scale commercial projects from concept through construction phases.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manage commercial and light industrial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design
