Job summary

OneFourTwo Design Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a experienced Job Captain/Project Architect to lead commercial projects from concept through construction. You will interface with clients and project teams to maintain budgets, schedules, and quality across large-scale designs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 5+ years of experience, strong Revit skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a full-time, on-site position in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience producing construction drawings and detailing in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling/rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion) and Adobe Creative Suite; strong client meeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial architecture projects from initiation to completion with budget, schedule, and work plans.
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to convey design ideas clearly.
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.
