Richter Architects in Corpus Christi is seeking an Architectural Intern/BIM Technician to join our team. You will contribute to multiple projects from concept through construction, coordinating with project teams and preparing BIM-driven documents.

The role emphasizes Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, and attention to architectural detailing. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in architecture preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Lumion a plus; graphic-editing tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in document preparation of complex architectural projects from conceptual renderings to construction documents.
• Contribute to cost estimating and construction administration activities.
• Assist project managers with research, correspondence and consultant coordination.
