Job summary

Richter Architects in Corpus Christi is seeking an Architectural Intern/BIM Technician to join our team. You will contribute to multiple projects from concept through construction, coordinating with project teams and preparing BIM-driven documents.

The role emphasizes Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, and attention to architectural detailing. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in architecture preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Lumion a plus; graphic-editing tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in document preparation of complex architectural projects from conceptual renderings to construction documents.
• Contribute to cost estimating and construction administration activities.
• Assist project managers with research, correspondence and consultant coordination.

Responsibilities

• Candidate should be a highly productive self-starter who works effectively with team members on multiple concurrent projects.
• Participate in document preparation of complex architectural projects at all phases –conceptual renderings, construction document production, cost estimating.
• Participate in construction administration activities.
• Assist project managers with research, correspondence and consultant coordination.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in the field of architecture preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Lumion and graphic-editing software a plus
• F amiliarity with building systems and architectural detailing
• Good verbal/written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must pass federal government background check
