Job summary

CKG Architecture, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Drafter expert fluent in Revit and AutoCAD to join our Texas office. You will create construction document sets and coordinate with structural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure code-compliant drawings.

Responsibilities include updating drawings from redlines, assisting with ASIs, Change Orders, RFIs, and preparing specifications. Strong drafting skills in Revit and AutoCAD and proficiency with Word and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience producing complete architectural drawing packages.
• Strongly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professionalism in consultant and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineers/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Create construction document sets in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate drawings with Structural, Civil and MEP engineering teams.
• Apply local Texas building codes and zoning laws to projects.
• Update drawings from redlines and field measurements.
• Assist in ASIs, Change Orders, and RFIs.
• Assist with document preparation, including specifications.
