Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Interior Design Assistant based in Westbury, NY. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the project designers including, but not limited to: space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). The role also involves managing documents, from concept to completion, collaborating with support teams, outside vendors or sub-contractors, and ensuring all tasks are completed on budget and within the established timeline.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Architecture and Construction Drawings skills
• Experience with FF&E selection and coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Westbury, NY
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field
