Job summary

Finfrock is seeking an Architectural Field Services Manager to lead construction administration within the Architecture Studio in Orlando. You will oversee field observations, ensure conformance to drawings, and collaborate closely with the design team to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a NAAB-accredited architecture degree (or equivalent experience) and strong CAD/Revit skills. Travel across Florida and a track record of managing complex projects are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-year bachelor or master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent construction management experience.
• Experience leading construction teams on commercial or residential projects.
• Proficient in CAD, Revit and 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction administration across multiple projects.
• Interpret drawings and specs for field observations and compliance.
• Coordinate with design team to resolve RFI and submittal issues.
• Monitor shop drawings and RFIs and ensure schedule alignment.
• Travel within Florida as needed and attend project meetings.
