Finfrock is seeking a Chief Project Engineer to lead the Project Engineering Division within the Engineering Department in Orlando. The role focuses on ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time project delivery while guiding a team of engineers.

The candidate should have a civil/structural engineering degree (master’s preferred) and hold a Florida PE license, with extensive experience in structural design, particularly prestressed/precast concrete, and complex design-build

Qualifications

• PE license in Florida is required.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project engineering division, ensuring designs meet standards and deadlines.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and staffing with cross-functional coordination.
• Supervise a team of project engineers and provide guidance.
