Job summary

Finfrock seeks an Architectural Field Services Manager in Orlando to lead construction administration for multiple projects within the Architecture Studio. You will maintain close collaboration with the design team and understand the construction schedule, ensuring safety and teamwork are integral to project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree in Architecture or equivalent construction-team leadership experience.
• Experience with CAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
• Registered Architects in Florida preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction administration on multiple projects and coordinate with the design team.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for field observations and site conditions.
• Manage shop drawings and RFIs, tracking status weekly and keeping the design team informed.
• Ensure compliance with ADA/FHA codes and validate constructability across projects.
• Travel within Florida as required to sites and meetings.
