Job summary

FINFROCK in Orlando is seeking a Structural Drafter to model precast concrete structures and produce construction documents. The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree in design/drafting or relevant experience, and familiarity with CAD and Revit is preferred. This full-time position offers benefits including employer-paid health insurance and a 401K plan. Relocation to Central Florida may be required for candidates outside the area.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer/Drafter who is interested in learning our Design‑Manufacture‑Construct system and assuming greater responsibilities and roles in design/drafting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Model precast concrete multi‑family, parking and mixed‑use structures in Revit
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and building systems designers to develop the model of the structure
• Produce permit and construction documents
• Communicate with team members
• Perform quality control checks on their own work and the work of their peers

Qualifications

• Two year degree in design/drafting or two years of design/drafting experience
• Experience working with CAD, SolidWorks, or Revit experience preferred
• General knowledge of building construction
• Candidates not already residing in Central Florida must be willing to relocate
