Job summary

Architecture Work Office in New York City is seeking a designer who can move between creative and technical tasks, developing thoughtful concepts and carrying them through to complete construction documents.

You will work on a range of projects, coordinating with MEP and structural consultants and contributing across design stages from schematic to CD. Strong Revit/Rhino skills and ownership of quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of Revit and Rhino; comfortable in both.
• Construction-document proficiency with design sensibility.
• Clear, direct communication.
• Ownership over the completeness and quality of your own work.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts through schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
• Produce clear, coordinated, and complete construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural) and support code and zoning analysis.
• Contribute to a wide range of projects across sectors and project types.
