Job summary

Classifieds24.org is seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join our architectural team. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

The role emphasizes delivering designs to physical realization with precise hand sketching and CAD work. You will draw and 3D model all project phases, manage drawing sets, and support project managers with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specifications, and DOB

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or design (BArch, BFA).
• Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and drawing are a must.
• Experience in delivering a design to physical realization is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants
• Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings
• Manage drawing sets with discipline
• Render design concepts and details with efficiency
• Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing
