James Hardie is seeking an Architect & Designer Development Manager to influence product positioning with specifiers and contractors for luxury residential projects. This role blends sales, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the residential construction industry.

You will build a specifier network, develop project specifications, manage a pipeline with dealers and contractors, provide product training, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong understanding of A&D community and specifier relationships.
• Sales experience in architecture & design markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a specification network with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and custom builders.
• Develop project specifications with specifiers based on needs and challenges.
• Maintain a project pipeline via dealers and contractors, coordinated with local ASMs.
