Epstein is seeking a Design Professional to join our Architecture team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of architectural design experience and a strong ability to collaborate on project-driven work.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a five-year Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office programs.
• General understanding of architectural and engineering systems, building materials, products, and specifications.
• Knowledge of design development, construction documents, building codes, and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, renderings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Prepare reports and assist in developing architectural specifications.
• Support development of creative and practical architectural design solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members throughout the design process.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and supporting business development efforts.
• Contribute to coordination of architectural designs with other disciplines.
