Overview

The Design Professional will assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents while collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented design professional with strong technical skills, creativity, and experience contributing to architectural design and construction documentation. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on commercial and industrial projects is a plus. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

• Support the development of creative and practical architectural design solutions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a five-year Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years of professional architectural design experience, preferably within an architecture or multidisciplinary A/E firm
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office programs
• General understanding of architectural and engineering systems, building materials, products, and specifications
• Knowledge of architectural design development, construction documents, building codes, and industry standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Compensation

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including education, experience, training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications, and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 annually.
