Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Hands-on experience with NYC-based projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with NYC Building Code, zoning regulations, and IBC.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams through design development, documentation, and coordination.
• Producing architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Preparing filing sets and documentation for NYC agencies.
• Creating presentation and graphic materials for internal and client use.
• Assisting with construction administration tasks such as site visits, surveys, and inspections.
• Researching materials, building systems, and products.
• Helping maintain digital libraries and standard details across Revit and CAD.
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep projects on track.
