Job summary

Bespoke Careers in New York seeks a Contract Designer to join our design team for a temporary assignment with potential to become permanent. You will contribute to design and visualization under senior staff and partners on high-profile projects.

You should have 3–7 years of professional experience, a degree in architecture, and strong proficiency in Revit with full construction drawings; Rhino, V-Ray, and Grasshopper are a plus. Office-based role in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience.
• Skilled in concept design and programming for commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets.
• Experience in Rhino, V-Ray, Grasshopper is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and visualization under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects.
• Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Rhino models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs.
• Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files.
