Overview

IMMEDIATE HIRE! An internationally recognized design firm is looking to hire talented Designers on Contract, for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects.

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects
• Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs
• Maintain and manage Revit project files
• Assist in resolving documentation and modeling issues
• Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation in Revit
• Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field
• 4-10 years\' professional experience
• Skilled on the production side of projects
• Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets
