Job summary

BSA is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Tampa team, helping design spaces that heal, educate, and inspire. You’ll support the design team, contribute to planning, and assist in client engagement across the project lifecycle.

The role involves creating design documentation, presenting to clients, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Design related technical degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all members of the design team.
• Lead architectural design and planning processes on projects.
• Assist in client engagement through all processes and tools.
• May lead preparation of design documentation and working drawings.
• Presents portions of design to client and participates in meetings.
• Develop quality project documents across design and construction phases.
• Contribute to project outcomes, meeting deadlines and quality deliverables.
• Manage personal utilization within project budgets.
