Job summary

Architectural Designer II role in Savannah, GA with a well-established architecture and interior design firm seeking a designer who brings a strong technical-production foundation and can contribute to healthcare, education, community, and workplace projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive architecture experience, hands-on Revit production skills, and experience delivering construction documents and coordinating with consultants under project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in architecture or equivalent degree.
• 5–7 years of progressive architecture-firm experience.
• Current hands-on Revit production experience.
• Experience producing construction-document packages and coordinating with consultants.
• Knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements.
• NCARB/AXP progress is a plus; licensure welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated Revit-based design and construction documents.
• Support projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
• Participate in drawing reviews and quality-control efforts.
• Address RFIs, submittals, and field-related documentation during construction.
• Communicate clearly with project team and maintain a collaborative environment.
