Job summary

MG2 Design in Boston, MA is seeking an Architectural Staff (Level 2) to join our Client Programs Market. You will develop architectural construction documents, collaborate with outside consultants, and guide internal teams through design processes.

You will support construction administration and close-out, ensuring delivery with precision. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office plus coordination experience are required. 6+ years in professional practice and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience using collaboration software (Bluebeam, Miro, Teams).
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents; various project types/sizes preferred.
• Experience in construction administration including RFI/submittal review, field reports, and close-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables (surveys, drawings, documents, exhibits, specs).
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of deliverables and consultant documents.
• Coordinate submittals with AHJ's and assist with permit processes.
• Participate in construction administration including site visits and field reports.
