Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture or international equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor of Architecture is required.
• Desire to become a licensed architect is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans architectural layouts and prepares detailed design and layout drawings for small structures and portions of major buildings.
• Assists in preparation of specifications and related documents.
• Prepares building material interface details for review by senior personnel.
• Participates in design reviews and helps ensure compliance with Owner's requirements.
• Develops construction drawings using 2-D/3-D CAD and Revit.
• Coordinates work with other engineering disciplines.
• Prepares procurement and subcontract requisition documents and assists with technical bid evaluations.
• Participates in studies requiring architectural knowledge and techniques.
