BHDP Architecture seeks a Designer II to support project teams through design exploration, planning, and Revit production. The role suits a collaborative, detail-oriented designer who can work independently and take increasing ownership of day-to-day deliverables.

The candidate should have a strong foundation in technical delivery, with 3+ years in design and architecture, and a willingness to learn and grow in design thinking and technical execution. Hybrid in-office flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree or NAAB-accredited program.
• NCARB Record and AXP progress preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and production-ready visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently delivers assigned drawing packages and details on time.
• Coordinates with project teams and consultants to resolve issues.
• Maintains BHDP quality expectations and QA/QC follow-through.
• Supports teammates with feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Communicates project status and next steps clearly to the team.
