Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking an entry-level Architecture Designer to join a multi-disciplinary team in the United States. Under the supervision of licensed professionals, you will support design development, document production, and client presentations using Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and Enscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field by hire date.
• Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
• Proficiency with Revit and Enscape; proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, contribute to the design process using Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Build physical building models.
• Produce architectural documentation under supervisory direction.
• Produce graphics materials and images for client presentations under supervisory direction.
• Assist in product research under direct supervision.
• Assist with research of building code information as directed by Project Architect.
• Participate in review of shop drawings and submittals under supervisory direction.
• Attend in-house project team meetings.
• May visit job site to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
