Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking an Architectural Designer to join a multi-disciplinary team in Dallas. You will support the Project Architect/Designer in designing and detailing architectural systems, build models, and create client presentation graphics.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation production, and coordination across disciplines, with a focus on Revit proficiency and a strong design portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
• Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• Strong creative design portfolio and strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural support to the Project Architect/Designer in design, coordination, and detailing of materials and systems.
• Build physical building models.
• Produce architectural documentation under supervision.
• Prepare graphics for client presentations.
• Participate in research initiatives as directed.
• Assist project leadership from conceptual design to construction documents.
• Review shop drawings under Project Architect guidance.
• Work in REVIT to produce plans, elevations and sections.
• Coordinate project documents with other disciplines.
