Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural or A/E firm.
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or B.S. in Architecture) required.
• High proficiency in Revit; Enscape, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Knowledge of construction detailing, building envelope systems, and typical construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and coordinate construction document sets using Revit.
• Produce buildable details for complex components and assemblies.
• Coordinate plans with structural, civil, and MEP drawings to avoid conflicts.
• Research and apply local codes, life safety codes, and zoning bylaws.
• Assist with construction administration tasks including RFIs and site visits.
