Job summary

MGD+LLC is a boutique design studio delivering high-quality residential architecture for developers and private homeowners. The architect will develop and maintain Revit models and construction documents across all project phases, producing accurate drawings and collaborating with principals, PMs, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.

The role includes site visits, assisting with code research and permitting, and maintaining BIM model integrity throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Preferred).
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Strong conceptual design and technical skills.
• Experience with Revit, particularly in the development of Construction Documents.
• Experience with consultant coordination is advantageous.
• Strong visual and verbal communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
