Job summary

Adver.info in New York seeks an experienced Architectural Designer to create construction drawings and 3-D models for mixed-use, educational, hospital, and retail projects. You will collaborate with the architectural team to develop documents and renderings for permits and presentations.

The ideal candidate holds a professional architecture degree, has 5–10 years in an architecture office, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required.
• 5–10 years’ experience in an Architect’s office.
• Expertise in Adobe and Autodesk Suites and at least one Modeling/Rendering application (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, VRay, Enscape, Lumion or Twinmotion).
• High level proficiency with AutoCAD & 3-D software.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings to support ongoing projects and future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Architectural Team to develop construction documents, renderings, and 3-D images for tasks.
• Develop permit submission drawings and presentation drawings.
