Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Architecture required; professional licensure not required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam, with a high level of proficiency in architecture software.
• Competent in technical design, including evaluating and recommending solutions that meet client needs.
• Applies sustainable design principles and technical skills in producing precise deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and innovative thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Actively seeks to enhance knowledge and skills, and contributes to marketing and business development efforts.
• Submit current portfolio/work samples in PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellence.
• Integrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project Managers.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documents.
• Plan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignments.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed.
• Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures.
• Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectives.
• Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication.
• Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets.
