Job summary

OneFourTwo Design Group in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who loves the design process and turning concepts into construction-ready documents.

You will collaborate with project managers, prepare presentation drawings and construction documents, and help develop designs from concept through to permit submittal, leveraging Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient in creating presentation drawings (colored site plans and elevations) and construction drawings.
• Revit experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• AutoCAD and Lumion/SketchUp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

A Day In The Life

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 2+ years of relevant design experience
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required
• Revit experience is required
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred
