Job summary

OneFourTwo Design Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a detail‑oriented Architectural Designer passionate about the design process to join our team. You will assist with site planning, prepare drawings, and develop construction documents for permits and construction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 1+ years of design experience, proficient Revit skills, and experience with Microsoft & Adobe suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 1+ years of relevant design experience.
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required.
• Revit experience is required.
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred.
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

OneFourTwo Design Group is a full‑service design firm. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

A Day In The Life

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

Necessary Qualifications
