Job summary

räkkhaus is seeking an Architectural Designer in Phoenix to join a collaborative design team working from concept design through construction documents.

You’ll use Revit extensively, produce full construction sets, and contribute to detailing and problem-solving on multiple projects. The role also offers growth toward a Job Captain track and involvement with clients, consultants, and city agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (B.Archor M.Arch).
• 3–5 years of experience at an architecture firm.
• Excellent Revit skills — this is a must
• Solid experience with construction documents
• Some experience with construction detailing
• Job Captain experience is preferred but not required
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Good communicator, team player, and all-around problem solver
• On the path to licensure (or already licensed — great!)

We’re looking for anArchitectural Designerwith3–5 years of experienceto jump in and help us bring some exciting projects to life. You’ll be working closely with our partners and design team on everything from concept design to construction documents — and sometimes even through construction.

You should be comfortable in Revit (like, really comfortable), have experience putting together full construction sets, and know your way around some construction detailing. If you’ve had some experience as aJob Captainor are ready to grow into that role, that’s a big plus.
