Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Architectural Designer in Ewing, New Jersey to join a project team under the supervision of Project Managers. You will participate in all design phases, producing schematic design and design development drawings, and contributing to construction documents using AutoCAD.

Marketing and office administration tasks may also be involved while tracking projects in the FVHD database, with a 37.5-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Roofing or Capital Improvement Projects.
• Excellent design and technical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. (as a required tool)

Job Description

As an Architectural Designer, you will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Associates, participating in all phases of the design process, including construction document production. You will be responsible for preparing schematic design drawings and design development drawings, contributing to construction documents using AutoCAD, and may also engage in marketing and office administration tasks. You will track projects and familiarize yourself with FVHD database system, working a 37.5-hour workweek.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ewing, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
