Qualifications

• BS/BA in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing complex projects in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through production, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate across engineering, estimating, and manufacturing to ensure alignment.
• Drive schedules, manage changes, and keep projects moving forward.
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time and deliver solutions with clarity and confidence.
