Job summary

The Look Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Architecture & Design) to support the Managing Director of The Look Company Europe. You will follow up on qualified leads, build relationships, and move opportunities toward long-term partnerships with Studio Saint-Pierre clients globally.

This role blends design and sales, requiring strong communication, organization, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or business development in design-related industries.
• Interest or background in architecture, interior design, or architectural products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and pursuing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on qualified leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Coordinate project information, proposals, samples, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates in CRM.
