Job summary

Haven Building Technologies in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural coordination across multiple projects. You will translate client drawings into the Haven panel system, maintain models in BIM, and ensure documentation stays aligned with manufacturing.

You will work with engineering and manufacturing, use AI tools to automate drafting, and grow with opportunities to influence the panel system as volume increases.

Qualifications

• Around three years in a coordination-heavy architecture firm.
• Strong Revit and BIM modeling; comfortable owning a model, not only working inside someone else’s.
• AI-native: you already use these tools daily and reach for them without being told to.
• Organized enough to hold several projects at different stages without dropping details.
• You want to see a lot of homes get built in a volume-based, repeatable system.

Responsibilities

• Carry architectural coordination on multiple active projects at once, each at a different stage.
• Translate client drawings and requirements into the Haven panel system.
• Hold project requirements that drive framing or are driven by it: rough openings, foundation requirements, dimensional constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing so the model matches what actually gets built.
• Know what each project needs next and when, without being asked for a status.
• Flag conflicts between client intent and the panel system early, with options rather than just the problem.
• Model and maintain project files in BIM platforms to Haven standards.
• Produce and maintain manufacturing-ready documentation.
• Keep models current as changes come in, so what’s modeled never drifts from production.
• Build out Haven’s template and family library so each project starts further along.
