Job summary

MBP seeks leaders in the design and construction industry to support delivery of complex projects in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area. Candidates should have ten+ years of combined education/experience and advanced knowledge in installing complex architectural and building envelope systems.

Experience with labs, data centers, and secure facilities (SCIFs) is desired. Progression in quality control, quality assurance, construction management, or field engineering is expected, with

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience and/or education.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience with QC/QA and construction management best practices.
• On-site owner representation experience preferred.
• OSHA certs or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-construction and on-site owner representation for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of the client/owner.
• Represent client on-site with QA/QC and documentation.
• Coordinate with project team to identify risks and mitigations.
• Prepare daily reports and track issues/non-conformance.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and close coordination with third-party teams.
• Communicate with Owner, Contractor, Designer, MBP team professionally.
• Coordinate and perform final inspections and punch-list completion.
