Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Administration PM with multifamily/mixed-use expertise to serve as the on-site representative during construction.

Remote based in Southern California with limited local travel; responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure adherence to plans, specs, contracts, and codes. The role involves managing construction-phase activities, reviewing RFIs and submittals, and leading site visits and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in construction administration for multifamily/mixed-use projects.
Experience with field reports, RFIs, submittals, and reviewing submittals.
Familiarity with architectural drawings and project specifications.
Knowledge of construction contracts and applicable building codes.
Understanding FHA/ADA/TCAC accessibility requirements.
Ability to manage client and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction administration activities including bidding and meetings.
Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
Conduct site visits and monitor progress for conformance with docs.
Prepare punch lists, COs, closeout docs, and as-built drawings.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation with leadership.
Assist with budgeting, tracking, and billing support.

This position serves as the firm's on-site representative during construction and is responsible for managing the architectural aspects of projects through the construction phase. This role coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal staff to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes.

- Coordinate project staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation with leadership.
- Support hiring, performance management, and team development initiatives.
- Contribute to firm standards, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
Financial Management
- Assist with project budgeting, financial performance tracking, and team utilization.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and support billing, invoicing, and collections.
