Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to fill a CAD Designer role focused on architectural drafting in Pittsburgh, fully onsite during training with a transition to hybrid schedule. The position offers real-world construction documents experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Open to entry-level graduates or seasoned professionals with strong CAD proficiency, the role requires AutoCAD and Revit experience and the ability to work onsite full-time for initial training,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (including 3D)
• Experience with Revit required
• Architectural drafting or construction-related experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop is a plus
• Ability to work onsite full-time during initial training

Responsibilities

• Create and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
• Develop construction documents ready for field use
• Produce color renderings and visualizations using SketchUp or V-Ray
• Review and interpret construction drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in project meetings to understand scope and requirements
• Ensure all drawings meet established CAD standards and project specifications
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding updates, revisions, and project needs
