Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a CAD Technician to review and update CAD drawings to match actual buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD, and will work in a hybrid setup, balancing time between office and remote work. This role requires attention to detail and an understanding of architectural CAD principles.

Qualifications

• Must have actual Revit training or applicable work experience.
• Must have AutoCAD training &/or experience.
• Any architectural CAD, structural CAD, or interior design experience may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review existing CAD drawings to ensure accuracy against actual buildings.
• Update CAD drawings to reflect current building conditions.

Job description

This person will look at existing CAD drawings of buildings and make sure they are correct and match the actual building. They will make changes in the CAD drawings to match the current buildings. Often construction has happened, and the current drawings are not up to date. currently utilize AutoCAD, but they will be changing to Revit, so a person must have some Revit skills (training and or work experience).

Qualifications

Any architectural CAD, structural CAD, or interior design experience may be a good fit for this job.

This Position will be hybrid, working in the office in Pittsburgh on certain days and some remotely from home.
