Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Support Specialist to support sales, marketing, and engineering in delivering high-impact, accurate Revit families and architectural content. This role strengthens brand presence among architects and specifiers through best-in-class digital content, AIA presentations, and strategic event participation.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Teams to drive market impact through high-quality architectural content, specifications, and CAD/Revit drawings.
• Lead and deliver direct outreach and virtual AIA presentations to increase architectural awareness of Hörmann products. Includes scheduling and coordinating L&L meetings and maintaining the database of architect partners.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, parametric Autodesk Revit families that meet customer and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of product data in digital content.
• Establish and document best practices and standards for content development, aligning with BIM industry protocols.
• Develop and manage detailed content documentation, including formulas, custom shared parameters, and instructional/user media.
• Represent the Company at local and national trade shows, industry events, and professional programs to enhance brand visibility.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Revit family issues to ensure optimal performance and usability.
