Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Architect with strong project management experience to lead multidisciplinary teams and guide projects from concept through completion. This role focuses on higher education, healthcare, governmental, and commercial sectors, ensuring quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development while leveraging AI and modern BIM workflows to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect (RA) license in good standing with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience guiding architectural projects from concept through completion with scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project delivery for multiple markets from concept through completion.
• Establish project work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments.
• Drive financial health, manage billings, and track fee performance.
