Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; graduate degree not required unless licensure mandates it.
• Minimum of six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional licensure required; LEED AP optional but not required.
• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Strong technical design skills and ability to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop design and technical development of projects across the Workplace sector.
• Coordinate project drawings, specs, and documentation with project teams.
• Lead cross‑functional design collaboration and develop technical solutions.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and QA/QC procedures to deliverables.
• Ensure BIM standards are applied; coordinate with BIM Manager and PM.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success.
