Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements
• Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreements including fee and time schedule
• Assist/lead project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget
• Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets
• Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members
• Monitor quality of construction documents
• Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counsel when needed
• Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations
• Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews
