Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Registration/License required; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements.
• Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreements including fee and time schedule.
• Assist/lead project details such as scope, profitability, schedule and budget.
• Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets.
• Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members.
• Monitor quality of construction documents.
• Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy; seek legal counsel when needed.
• Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations.
• Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews.
