Job summary

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements.
Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule.
Assist in/lead project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget.
Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets.
Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members.
Monitor quality of construction documents.
Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy; consult legal counsel when needed.
Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations.
Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews.
