Job summary
HarrisonKornberg Architects seeks an experienced Architect III to provide technical leadership on large, complex projects from programming through construction. You will serve as SME for building systems and collaborate with project teams and consultants to develop innovative, high-quality design solutions.
The role emphasizes leading technical reviews, coordinating subconsultants, and guiding delivery teams while ensuring quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- NAAB-accredited professional architecture degree.
- Minimum 10 years of professional post-graduate experience in the United States.
- Active Professional Architect license in Texas in good standing.
- Proven track record leading full-service architectural projects from concept to construction.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and life-safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and design direction of assigned projects as primary technical authority.
- Coordinate with subconsultants and manage QA/QC and constructability reviews.
- Mentor and develop design and technical delivery teams.
- Present technical and design solutions directly to clients with confidence.
